External characteristics

Forewing length (mm): 45635.

General morphology:
Antennae shorter than half of length of forewing, short hooked apiculus, nudum variable, 10-14 segments. Forewing rounded-triangular, costa almost straight, termen evenly curved, hind margin slightly longer than termen. Hindwing termen rounded, inner margin as long as costa.

Wing coloration:

Upper side: Color and markings very much like Taractrocera

Secondary sexual characters:

 
In three species male with discal stigma on upper side of forewing.

Five species, distributed from the Lesser Sunda Islands to Australia and New Guinea.
