External characteristics
Forewing length (mm): 16-17.
General morphology:
Antennae longer than half of length of forewing, apiculus nore or less hooked, very long, nudum 14 segments. Forewing triangular, costa and termen very slightly curved, hind margin as long as termen. Hindwing termen rounded in apical half, but slightly protruding at tornus, inner margin as long as costa.
Wing coloration:
Upper side: Male unmarked dark brown, but forewing darkest along termen, apex and costa. Female upper side forewing brown with some suffused discal and apical spots
Underside: Male unmarked dark brown like upper side. Female underside forewing outer half more or less conspicuously pale yellow, except for the narrow brown termen.
Secondary sexual characters:
Male with peculiar circular brand on the upper side of the forewing overlaid by a hair tuft.

One species, occurring from Myanmar to Java and Borneo.
