External characteristics

Wingspan (mm): 100 (Feltwell, 1993).
Forewings: The forewing is entirely yellow (Yata and Morishita, 1979) or orange (Feltwell, 1993) coloured. The veins are black coloured with a definite serrated black border (Feltwell, 1993). Hindwings The hindwing is yellow coloured (Feltwell, 1993).
Female Wingspan (mm):100 (Feltwell, 1993).
